Encephalartos bubalinus

An Encephalartos bubalinus is native to Africa. It occurs in rocky hills in Northern Tanzania. An Encephalartos bubalinus is a rare small, suckering cycad with a stout, cylindrical, 7 feet tall trunk or trunks and spiny, dark green, glossy leaves up to 5 feet long. It is not cold hardy palm tree.This cycad is commonly called the bread palm, Bread tree and Kaffir bread.
